Through the Lens #23: Monaco

Auction in Monaco means another auction season is starting. That also means a lot of travelling ahead right until Christmas. It is always a pleasure coming to the Monaco Legend Group Auction, as the watch community gathers in one place, appreciating and enjoying our beloved timepieces. Results were strong, meaning not so good for my pocket, but clearly proves that the market is very strong. Always happy to meet friends and new friends in the watch world, sharing our passion knowledge, which always gives me new thoughts and perspectives to think about.

Trio of Cartier Monopoussior: From left to right, Platinum example that was auctioned off last weekend, Yellow gold example owned by my friend Tom, and the White gold example owned by yours truly.

Trio of Pink on Pinks: From Left to Right, the pink on pink 3825 owned by my friend Edoardo, Pink on Pink 2508 owned by yours truly, and another pink on pink 3835 that was auctioned off last weekend.

Whenever in Monaco, I have to visit my friends at Raise Luxury. Plus, they are opening their own boutique, only to be greeted by the army of Labubus. Very typical of them.

Another good week off the books, and I appreciate the people and friends at Monaco Legend Group, they have been nothing but hospitable and too nice to me. Next up, Geneva auction. Until then, back home in Zurich, with work to be done. Set small goals, knocked them off, time to set more
