All watches are priced in Swiss Francs (CHF) 

All payments over 10,000 CHF will include free worldwide shipping via our secured shipping partner, and depending on the customers’ location, we offer in-person delivery on special occasions. any custom duties and taxes (VAT or import tax) will be paid by customers separate to the sale. Watches will be shipped once we have fully received the total value of the sale. Watches will be shipped from Switzerland. All watches can be shown and picked up in person in Switzerland. Payment Method 

Payments can be proceeded via our website’s secure checkout form. We are also able to receive payments via bank transfer. However, if you wish to make payments via bank transfer, please contact us prior to the purchase.  

Privacy Policy 

For any online purchases, we request clients’ information (Name, E-mail, Phone Number, Shipping Address) in order to ship the product securely. In person pickups and purchases will not need to provide the information above. 

Information we gather from clients will only be used in: Newsletters/Notifications, Shipping, and Transactions. Excluding such occasions, no information will be shared or used anywhere else without clients’ consent.

Warranties  

All watches being sold under Gobugi GmbH have 12 months free warranty service from the date of the purchase. Loss, Theft, or Damage after the sale is not part of the warranty. However, we are humans after all so we will come together with clients to come up with solutions.
