This Vacheron perpetual calendar chronograph ref.49005 was their most complicated watch in that time period and it was a direct competition to Patek’s 3970. First production started in 1992 with 300 examples made in platinum, this is a rare gem to own. Based on a Vacheron’s in house perpetual calendar which also features in the 43031 (what a watch that is), alongside with Fredrique Piguet 1185 base chronograph movement. The 4 sub registers on the dial have 3 dimensional look to it with each sub registers sunken a little bit from the dial which are the finer details that adds to the beauty of this neo vintage Vacheron. The case is believed to be in unpolished condition, with no major dents on the case. This is a real hidden gem of vintage high complication from a “Holy Trinity” brand.  The watch does not come with additional accessories from Vacheron, but it will be delivered with a handmade travel pouch from Gobugi as well as an additional leather strap made by us.
