The Rolex Day Date is probably the most iconic Rolex watch of all time and doesn’t need much of a description. The number “2” in the reference 18238 indicates that this features a double quickset with a caliber 3155 unlike the 18038 which has a single quick set. This particular 18238 Day Date features Ruby indexes as well as String diamond dial. The combination of yellow gold and ruby are elegant and the touch of bling with the string diamond dial gives you the flash without being “in your face” flash. The watch is overall in excellent condition, believe to be unpolished, and It is definitely not a watch you see everyday.
