Christmas and New Year period. I do not expect anybody to have watches on their mind, even if you are a sick watch nerd. Flew back to Korea to spend some time with my family, enjoyed some time away from watches, away from the chaos, wind down and catch up on our last couple of months or so. 

Biased opinion, but I absolutely love old Korean architecture over European (still beautiful tho) and make me pull out my camera everytime I see it. Sucks that Korea doesn’t really have this concept of “old town” in the main area, unlike in Europe most city centres are usually the old town/altstadt. Part has to do with demolition from Japan invasion and Korean war, also part has to do with Korea’s fast paced mindset, making everything latest and greatest. 

Been rocking my personal 3970 throughout this holiday period. The more I wear, the more I love this guy. The Rose Gold case is less in your face than Yellow Gold, a little trickier to pair with a strap, but absolutely loving it. 

Got a lot of work to do in next coming weeks in Korea, all for this little thing on the wrist. 2026 here we go! (Fabrizio Romano style)
