Weather change is in full effect, leaves falling, early sunsets/longer night times, snow on the mountain, Mother Earth is slowly preparing for winter.

Fall is a busy period for us medically sick watch people as there is a lot of noise and hype around pieces coming up on auctions, and naturally there is a lot of movement, which is good for the industry.
This period also allows me to touch and experience many different watches, which allows me to learn and study more about pieces I have not had the experience of owning. Also a reminder that this world of vintage is endless and I still got so much to learn; like so so much, which I guess is also a good thing. More to learn and experience.

Not sure how I feel about this gloomy rainy weather in Zurich, hoping for some sun sooner rather than later before I go mental.

Had the pleasure of owning both the white gold and yellow gold Cartier CPCP Tortue monopoussior, and it's been on my wrist a lot these last couple of weeks. People close to me know how much I love the tortue case shape, and this monopoussior, especially the white gold example with this unique dial design, it ticks all the boxes for me. And of course, all the watches I like the most gets sold the quickest, and this white gold monopoussior has already left my collection sadly. But happy to keep this yellow gold example, with more traditional dial design.
Overall, been another hectic/busy couple weeks, but thankful for all the experiences and opportunities. Set small goals, knocked them off. Time to set more.
